Ingredients
Method
- Prepare the ingredients:Place the wafers in a large plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin until finely ground.Grind the nuts separately according to type and set them aside.Prepare coconut flakes and dried fruits. If using dried mango or ginger, chop them into small pieces. Soak them in warm water for 5 minutes for a softer texture, then pat dry with a paper towel.

- Melt the chocolate mixture:In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate and butter with the cream over low heat, stirring until smooth.Remove from heat and let it cool for 10 minutes.

- Combine the base mixture:In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted chocolate mixture with the ground wafers.Add powdered sugar or honey to taste.Stir in vanilla extract and knead the mixture with your hands until well combined. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the mixture to firm up.

- Shape and customize the chocolate balls:Divide the chilled mixture into six equal portions in separate bowls.

- Mix each portion with a different type of ground nut or coconut, reserving whole nuts for the centers.

- Take a small portion (about 2 inches in diameter), flatten it, place a whole nut or dried fruit in the center, and roll it into a ball.

- Roll each ball in the corresponding ground nuts or coconut to coat.

- Chill and enjoy:Place the finished chocolate balls on a tray and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until firm.Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for more extended storage.
