Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then cool them under running cold water while cracking the shells against the edge of the water-filled bowl.
While the eggs cool, make the yolk mixture.

Remove the shells from the eggs, then cut them in half. Use a small spoon to remove the yolks and mix them with a tablespoon of organic black garlic mayonnaise and a tablespoon of prepared horseradish (I prefer 'Bubbies' brand). The black garlic mayonnaise will give the yolks a delicious flavor but may also darken them. To maintain the color of the yolk mixture, add two tablespoons of Chosen Foods Classic Mayo, made with 100% Pure Avocado Oil. Salt is unnecessary, but feel free to adjust the mixture to your taste.
