Deviled Eggs with Black Garlic Mayonnaise and Horseradish
Ingredients
- 7 hard-boiled eggs cut in half
- 2 tbsp black garlic mayonnaise (Organic Black Garlic Mayonnaise Available at Whole Foods)
- 1 tbsp prepared horseradish (Bubbies’s Prepared Horseradish with no preservatives)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise (Chosen Foods Classic Mayo, made with 100% Pure Avocado Oil)
- fresh ground black pepper to taste
- selection of fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped parsley and chives, and thinly sliced red radish and mini red peppers, celery sticks and leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then cool them under running cold water while cracking the shells against the edge of the water-filled bowl.
- While the eggs cool, make the yolk mixture.
- Slice the veggies and herbs: fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped parsley and chives, and thinly sliced red radish and mini red peppers, celery sticks and leaves for garnish.
