Easy Vegetarian Thin Crust Pizza With Caramelized Onions
This pizza is so spare, and the ingredient list is so short you might be suspicious at first. But the sweet caramelized onions, hot pickled peppers, and grated Bulgarian Kashkaval sheep cheese will satisfy and surprise you. Perfect for busy weeknights or casual gatherings, this recipe strikes the ideal balance between convenience and homemade goodness. With simple ingredients and straightforward instructions, you can whip up a delicious pizza that will satisfy your cravings bursting with flavor and textures.
My favorite base for quick lunches and snacks is Golden Home Ultra Thin Roman Pizzeria-style pizza crust, which comes in packages of three crusts. One entire crust has 360 calories, making a light dinner, lunch, or snack for two. If baked according to directions, the crust becomes crispy, perfectly complementing the toppings of your choice.
If you don’t have access to a grocery store selling international foods, Hungarian paprika and Kashkaval cheese may look rare. Still, perfect substitutes may be readily available in your local store. Use grated Mozzarella instead of Kashkaval and smoked paprika instead of Hungarian sweet paprika.
